What is collected
When you submit a form, the information you provide is collected — typically your name, email address, phone number, property details, and the answers you choose to share. Basic technical details are also recorded, such as the page you submitted from, the referring website, campaign tags from printed or digital material, and a one-way hash of your IP address used for spam prevention.
How it is used
Your information is used to respond to your request, provide the material you asked for, and follow up about your real estate goals. It is stored in a private customer relationship management system used by Ketan Parmar and, where required by brokerage policy, Keller Williams Realty Atlantic Shore.
Sharing
Your information is never sold. It may be shared with service providers who help operate this site and its email delivery, with the brokerage, or where disclosure is required by law.
